About Us

The story of Ernst Textil began almost 30 years ago when Ernst Dahlberg left his job to focus on his business idea in true entrepreneurial spirit. The home was initially both office and warehouse. Ernst look for color and patterns along with good contacts in the supply chain and managed to attract customers to the house in Båstad from the whole county. Very soon both houses, garages and gardens were full of fabrics. When the situation became unsustainable the company moved to the place where it is located today, Eastern Karup. In 2006 the sons Magnus and Johan Dahlberg took over the company after being guided into the business of their father for a while.
