This is how it works at Ernst Textil.
At Ernst Textil we do our best to make your order and delivery as smooth as possible and we try to answer your questions as quickly as possible. When ordering our products, you will use ”Add to cart”. In the shopping cart you can see the products that you chose and change your order before you go to the checkout. Ernst Textil only sells to registered companies. All our prices are quoted in Euro excluding VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the prices on the website, for example at significantly higher supplier prices or other similar circumstances. Your order will be shipped with DHL to the delivery point you have chosen in connection with your purchase. We ship your delivery as soon as possible, and our goal is that all our customers will receive their delivery within 2-4 business days. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the season, the amount of orders and the extreme circumstances. If a product is defective or transport damaged, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. Shipping is not included. The personal information you provide when shopping is used by us to administer your purchases. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
From January the 1st 2022, we will start charging 5% on the purchase price in paypal fees.
